Twelve West NightClub Claim, October 2015 (Please read the articles on Google as well)

"There is no counterclaim against me by the night club, they just published it in the papers in order to further harm my reputation, personal life, career and well being.

This is definitely not the first time a victim is taking 12 west nightclub and Peter Girges to court for the same reasons, physical assault, sexual assault and destroying evidence in the same nightclub. 

This claim has been registered by Yoshnika, purely to obtain justice for the wrong done to her when she visited the night club with her friends in October 2015. 

"I am looking to obtain justice for the wrong done to me that night which lead to the next few incidents as well. I also want to bring an awareness into this generation and the generations to come to support women to stand up for their rights when wrong is done to them, because what happened to me, can happen to you, your family, friends, loved ones, etc. I believe it is my duty to bring an awareness and try to put an end to what happens at least in 12 west night club, Vancouver."

Here is the TRUE incident right from the Victim Yoshnika:

I had moved to Vancouver for a job, settling into Vancouver and experiencing this gorgeous city. In oct end 2015, my friends invited me to a party downtown, my ex was going to join us with his friends later. I went with my friends, I was given the name of another nightclub, and we ended up going to the 12 west night club. My drinks were spiked at the night club, the minute I realized I went looking for my girlfriend to ask for help.

The night club states that Yoshnika was found passed out on the couch in the club by the table and was taken to the back entrance of the nightclub by the bouncers. She was puking profusely.

They did not follow protocol of calling an ambulance to take Yoshnika to the hospital as she has fought the rape to the best of her ability and she was bruised and injured all over,she was found by the back-door entrance, her ex tried to lift her but she was so heavily affected by whatever they had drugged her with, that she fell right back on the floor. 

"When I was conscious the next morning, I saw all the bruises on my body along with the injuries, and decided to interrogate my friends. They were out-righted lying to me, they were gifted a trip to USA, which they tried to lure me with as well. I who has traveled a lot refused their cheap distraction, instead reported the incident to the VPD.

I remember fighting with the rapists and constantly crying begging them to stop, they forced me constantly, after a point they had injured me so badly, I was in immense pain."

Yoshnika reported the incident to VPD, VPD officers noted her injuries due to the sexual assault in their investigation report.

The O.P.C.C report mentions that the night club was ready to provide the surveillance for every other night but the night of the incident the VPD officers were investigating.

12 west night club had deleted the surveillance for obvious reasons!

Now back in 2014, a VPD cop introduced himself to Yoshnika with his business card, while she was at work, in 2015, after the incident in the nightclub, she decided to consult him.

New to the country, hoping if Tajinder Sangha puts in a word, VPD officers will seriously investigate this matter.

While Yoshnika was in talks with Tajinder sangha the VPD officer, he starts revealing a lot of personal information about her, he even establishes indirectly that he was there in 12 west when the incident took place, he knew her whereabouts, her residence, what she wore, conversations, to an extent that he verbally threatened her well being, career, and personal life.

"I had quiet a few break ins at the apartment, receiving threatening calls from the VPD officer Tajinder Sangha, I decided to report that to VPD as well."

"VPD's negligence lead to further troubles in my life."

They did not help Yoshnika nor even inform her of how to get a restraining order against Tajinder Sangha, nor did they inform her about what steps were they taking to avoid him from intimidating, stalking, harassing and threatening her or anyone else as a matter of fact. Nor have the VPD pressed charges in him nor have they forwarded the police files to the crown for the same. 

"Let down by VPD, receiving nonstop threatening calls, break ins at home, devices not working after, I decided to leave Vancouver. While I was driving to Kamloops from Vancouver, my car hit black ice, my car turtled and flung into the ditch. The drivers side airbag did not open which lead to heavy bleeding all over my head, back like concussions, memory loss, and a lot more injuries.

This incident broke me down, destroyed my engagement, personal life, lead to health injuries due to fighting back, stalkers, harassment, break ins, air bag not opening during the accident and what not."

The owner of the nightclub is in the news for raping girls every month, in spite of this hes still chilling in life, no charges have been pressed on him. Needless do i say more!
